Shadowsocks is not running (empty key) and Can't connect with server, on RPI 4

I get an error like the capture. What should I do?

I check that VPS admin key is good, that VPS was rebooted and I check State->System log.

Check that you rebooted the VPS after install, if yes check the result of systemctl start omr-admin on the VPS.

I reboot VPS, and check the results of systemctl start omr-admin, as followed,

I check pip3 install starlette and then, Check systemctl start omr-admin and systemctl | grep omr

OMR-Admin loaded successfully and failed...

Its done. Why we need install fastapi?

Because VPS API use FastAPI This should be done by VPS install script, but seems there was an error in your case. You can also run VPS script again.

I had this problem and wiping the vps then reistalling it fixed the problem.
