Incorporate MPTCP OpenSSH into build

There is a MPTCP-aware build of OpenSSH now:

Ideally this fork can be incorporated into the router (as a client) and VPS (as a server) to not only allow for Mosh-like connection persistence, but also take advantage of SOCKS proxy built into OpenSSH -D to use fullmesh.
