add uTP over OMR VPN

Is your enhancement proposal related to a problem? Please describe. Actually, the uTP (Micro Transport Protocol) doesn't work with OMR, we need to disable this functionnality to get list of pairs and starting download.

Describe the solution you'd like We need to have a firewall rules to get uTP working through the VPN link (Glorytun and other VPN used by OMR) because uTP used UDP and UDP is transported by the VPN in OMR, so we think we missed a rules to redirect uTP through VPN.
