External Server port to redirect to different ports based on URL

Would it be possible to set my external server IP in CloudFlare for the DNS, and to host more than one - I was thinking a proxy manager for OpenMPTCRouter that could route by incoming URL to a different IP:port on the LAN?

I don't understand exactly what you want to do here.

I can only port forward from the VPS machine with a port, but I wanted to know if it were possible to have a proxy manager that could route based on the domain request. X domain is pointed to VPS - > VPS gets the URL -> forwards to a local network IP
