Site to Site Wireguard/IPsec VTI/OpenVPN through OMR/VPS

Is there any reason a site to site Wireguard/IPsec VTI/OpenVPN interface could not be routed through the OMR/VPS v2ray tunnel and Policy-Based Routing controlling the routes between the default OMR/VPS and the site-to-site VPN through the default OMR/VPS?
