routing rules for AS/IP/FQDN to dedicated VPS

Current Behavior

unknown how multiple VPS uplinks are treated/dispatched

Possible Solution

created of rules like for OMR-bypass redirection "depending by service" and "depending of SourceIP/MAC in LAN" (TV 1 / Stick 2 / Tablet 3...) to a VPS in the dedicated country can "improve" user experience.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

having multiple subscriptions on geoblocking services (like netflix, disney, hulu, amazon):
