Suggestion: Local iperf3 server

Hi,

In order to check the performance of the MultiPath connection between the OMR and the VPS server, will be interesting to run one iperf3 server by default inside the VPS. Then it will easy to include this server using the tunnel address (by default 10.255.255.1 for the VPS; 10.255.255.2 for the OMR) inside the list of the OMR Iperf servers. For sure the firewall needs to only grant access to this server from the tunnel network.
