Can you try with another VPN ?
I mean another VPN, here you use Glorytun-TCP You can change it in System->OpenMPTCProuter, Wizard tab, "Advanced settings" checkbox
As you use a new VPS, did you change server key in System->OpenMPTCProuter, "Wizard tab" and in "advanced settings" checkbox and then checked "Force retrieve settings" ?
No, there is no changes in needed ports.
routes seems ok. I think proxy and VPN can't connect to VPS. Can you give me more system log when it's not working ?

You know what is the error at xanmod kernel boot ? First time there is a boot issue with this kernel.
Yes the xanmod kernel is not signed as most VPS doesn't require this. There is some howto on internet that can help to sign kernel, I can't really help more...
You could check kernel log in Status->System log, "kernel log" tab and see if you can see any error. In most case it's related to USB power usage.
This seems to be v0.61rc2 kernel 6.6, not v0.63 kernel 6.12
