Cannot seem to get it to retrieve Vatsim Data.

Just installed and I have everything working other than actually getting the vatsim data to be displayed could you run through how you are mean't to get it to connect to Vatsim. I ticked Vatsim in the setup and when I start the cron job thats Daemon_spotter.php I just get

Connecting... Connect to all... Connection failed to 127.0.0.1:30003 : 111 Connection refused SCAN MODE

Delete old ATC... Delete old ATC... etc

What have I done wrong?

You need to set the address of vatsim data. Some are available here: http://status.vatsim.net/status.txt So you can use http://info.vroute.net/vatsim-data.txt

So where do I enter this? Where it says 127.0.0.1 in the settings.php page? I'm really sorry.
