Multiple Logging of Aircraft in Aircraft_modes

I noticed that the same arcraft is being logged many times in the aircraft_modes database. Is this intentional ? I has assumed that only the first_modified and last _modified dates would be changed when an aircraft was seen again. I first noticed this with D-0643 which was logged 4 times (2* as GLID, 2* as AS13) multiple logging d-0643

Latest commit will delete duplicate entry.

I think there is a part of the problem comes from the FLARM import. Flarm seems to use the Hex Mode codes differently or incorrectly. Both D-AGWE (A319) and D-0643(AS13) habe the same hex code : 3C5EE5 One as ICAO24 and one FLARM - Which you can check at airframes.org

In the database the AS13 is now assigned to Germanwings and is 'flying' the routes actually flow by D-AGWE

Flarm hex code should not be existing ModeS... This case is not yet supported. I will make some changes and support this.

Flightradar24 don't seems to support this flight. Registration D-0643 is not available. They seems to only don't support flarm that have an already existing ModeS. I need to check how many flights have the same problem...
