Support X-Plane

Support X-Plane via UDP. Need to send dataref to request data. Select output by user is not a good solution. Something like this: https://github.com/charlylima/XPlaneUDP/blob/master/examples/XPlane10UdpRequestDataRefs.py Need to convert the function RequestDataRefs to PHP.
