Add a small text-file icon to the left side of a wad displaying a disciprion file.
For instance: there is a text file with the same name for ohm2.wad:
@summer1090 that margin is reserved for folder expansion widgets but I've been playing about with the code. How does this look? Logo is placeholder.

If that space is reserved for folder expansion, maybe put the icon to the far right of that field? what do you think?
An additional icon would reduce the already limited horizontal space for the name of the file even more. Do you want the icon to be a button for opening the txt description, or do you just want an information whether such txt file exists?

I'm away from a PC at the moment, but as far as I remember, if I double-click on a filename.wad file in the list, it will open the related filename.txt, but it's not obvious: is txt file is available (or not). So to answer your question, both options look good to me. thank you!
