Hide watched videos

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when youtube recommends already watched videos and I have to manually click "not interested" for youtube to not show the videos again on the homepage

Describe the solution you'd like Hide the watched videos (either by the position of the watchtime bar at the bottom of the video or from the track watched videos), preferably also click "Not interested" (send request). Also there should be an option to also hide videos watched for at least x% of the length of the video.

Also it would be nice to hide videos that were shown on homefeed x times, but were not clicked
