[Feature Request] Show Exact Upload Date Toggle

By default the behavior is to show the vague time (e.g. 5 years), show the exact upload date when hovered over, or if one clicks "... more" in the description then it will expand to show the full date.

It would be a useful feature if one could see this right away. Additionally if the time of day of the upload could be fetched (I am not sure how YouTube stores this information) and shown that would also be useful.

A checkbox in the misc category would probably be the right place for this enhancement.
