[Feature Request] Auto Disable Ambient Mode Checkbox

Ambient mode is a feature that discolors the surrounding area when the video is playing. It is auto enabled by default (for ex. when one opens incognito mode). This feature is 5-6 more gpu intensive then playing 4k videos on my cpu. On supported devices / browsers this toggle is present when user clicks gear button.

I would like a checkbox that will always automatically disable this (Misc Category is prob best for this)
