[Bug Report] need to refresh for the buttons on the bottom of the screen to appear

Describe the bug need to refresh for the buttons on the bottom of the screen to appear on almost every video i watch

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. watch a video

Expected behavior the buttons will appear always

Screenshots sometimes only some buttons appear and then the rest load in later

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Browser firefox

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here.
