[Feature request] Looping only a part of a video

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes you'd want to loop only a certain part of a video (for example to skip credits or the start of a video). Currently you can only loop a full video.

Describe the solution you'd like A button where you can click/hover that will prompt (similar to the hovered menu popup) for the start time and end times (HH:mm:ss) to loop the video in.

Describe alternatives you've considered Instead of a button it can be a constant input box below the video.

@Izheil Thank you for requesting this feature, I'll look into it after I'm done working on fixing bugs caused by YouTube's new player layout.
