Docker version 134

Docker version is 133t (via ghcr.io). Could it be updated to 134? Thanks.

@Fannangir @shurshick @AJIgAH4uK @galgofa you can use this source ghcr.io/strikysha/torrserver:latest I just built a docker image. The current repository will update the image when the new release (135) is released.

135 is only available to the client(torrserve). The server version(torrserver) is still 134 for now.

docker image ghcr.io/yourok/torrserver latest tag points to 133 release but actual latest release is 134.

Can you update docker image to the latest release as well?

Latest tag is still pointing to 133 version, not 134
