Emails, Newsletters, and Publish Confirmations

We currently collect emails of users when they submit names, but we don't notify them when the names they submitted get published (or rejected). Being able to do that will improve interaction with users and have them coming back.

Let's implement a functionality that does two things with emails submitted when names are suggested:

1. Subscribe them automatically to our newsletter at MailChimp. (We can create small print notifications beside the field saying that "by putting your email address, you agree to be automatically subscribed to the YorubaName newsletter")
2. Queue them up for notification when the name they submitted is published (or deleted/rejected). I can write a copy for the sample email notification they get for either eventuality. I'll do this whenever anyone is ready to help us implement it.
