New search feature: search names by root

This feature would allow the user to search for all names formed on the ọlá root for example.

Another related idea would be to include a theme-based search from the English meanings. For example, one might want to look for names whose meanings relate to the theme of 'home'. The search would yield all the names whose meaning include the search term.
