Confirmed on Windows 10 using Firefox stable 39.0 with the last version of this repo. But this occurs only in window mode. 

I think release from #39 will resolve this (you can try with the alpha I provided), so we'll reopen if there's still a problem.

How do you get this blue button menu? I always have "File ..." menu above the icons.
