[Feature Request] Indicate if artist is being followed

We currently don't have a way to see if an artist is being followed. I'm a lazy person and listen to a lot of music but never get to actually follow the artists I like the most. This is a feature I've always been missing on the official Spotify client.

The idea would be the display an icon on the /top/artists view to indicate if an artist is being followed.

@Yooooomi If this is a feature you would like, I would make a PR implementing this.

I've already created a MVP for this using the /me/following/contains endpoint with the additional scope user-follow-read.

The same feature would make sense for the /top/songs and detail stat views.
