License clarification

There is no license listed for the codebase. Under which license(s) is this project released? Could a 'COPYING' file be added for clarity? Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, that's a great question. I've delayed doing this because the original osresearch/LEDscape doesn't have a license, either, and this is a fork from that code (though most of it is new, at this point).
