As I understand that happens [due to `libcosmic`](https://github.com/pop-os/libcosmic/blob/9b9d373e89aaf48e9d77e1621fe0de991d573764/src/widget/text_input/input.rs#L1865) that marks the event as handled and therefore consumes it. Perhaps, it shouldn't be marked so.
