Enumeration 2.0.3 package requires full .NET version

We are attempting to pull down the Enumeration package, which causes warnings in the build because it requires the full .NET version.

This is also preventing the solution from being pulled down and running on a Mac.

We should evaluate why we are using this package; if it is needed, can a version compatible with .NET 2.1 be created, or can we pull in the source code directly until a compatible package is available?
