File name in torrent was not displayed.

File name in torrent was not displayed.

When add torrent using transmission-remote-plus, I can't see full file name in 'Save Torrent' dialog. (But, after add torrent, I could saw full file name.)

I think.... This problem is cause my Windows 10 (Korean) use default encoding MS949.
