Failed UART startup?

I moved my HA server to another IP address and now I can't get ZHA_NEW to restart. It still shows as TTYUSB0/1 with 1 being the ZigBee UART, but it simply will not start. Hangs HA up as well...

Obviously this issue resolved itself, but today I upgraded HA to the 2021.6.3 version and it no longer loads the integration. Says it can't find it. I haven't moved it, so.... What does it take to revert back to the standard zha? Also thinking of going over to zigbee2mqtt....
