Focus styling for single field editors in search-appearance

Splitting out from https://github.com/Yoast/yoast-components/issues/619 because that is partially fixed in https://github.com/Yoast/yoast-components/pull/621

In wordpress-seo there's at least one plugin-specific implementation that doesn't have any focus style and needs some help. See the "Special pages" editors in the Search appearance > Archives tab.

Please describe what you expected to happen and why.

The styling for the single fields should be identical to those in the other snippet editor fields that are not under Special Pages.
