Free sparks counter tooltip is not aligned properly for RTL languages.

To Reproduce

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Install & activate Yoast SEO 25.9
2. Change the langauge to any RTL language, example: Arabic
3. Add/edit any post
4. Add a keyphrase
5. Generate site title or meta description using AI buttons
6. Hover over the sparks counter

Expected results

1. Free sparks counter tooltip should be aligned on top the counter properly for RTL languages
