Overview page not outputting the SEO title and description values on the non-production sites

Please give us a description of what happened

In version 23.0, when we add an SEO title/ description for the posts or pages, the same value is not outputted within the Post/Page Overview for the column's SEO title and SEO description. When we check the overview page, we notice the SEO title and description for the posts are outputted with the first page's SEO title and description value.

This will be fixed when we change the environment to production, which is, of course, the live site where the site is set as indexing.

To Reproduce

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Install Yoast SEO version 23.0
2. Create 2-3 posts and set different SEO titles and descriptions for each post
3. Then navigate to the Post overview screen, where you can notice the recently published post's SEO title and description are used for the other posts on the overview page.
4. Checking the source code of each post outputs the SEO title and description we added for each post correctly.

Expected results

1. The SEO title and description need to be outputted from the value stored within the database.

Actual results

1. The last published/created post's SEO title and description are outputted for the overview screen on the production site.
