Using the Estimated Reading Time block on Full-Site-Editing themes' template don't work

When you add the Estimated Reading TIme(ERT) block to a template for an FSE theme, it doesn't render

To Reproduce

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Editor > Templates > Add or edit a template
2. Add the ERT block to the template but it'll show 0 minutes
3. Create a regular post and check the frontend

Expected results

1. There should be an estimated reading time showing the reading duration of the post

Actual results

1. No render at all from the ERT block
