Improve some UI design for RTL languages

Context

There are some UI designs in RTL languages that are not mirrored:

• The half star in the rating in the upsell below should be mirrored

• The Need help? icon including the comment icon in the screenshot below should also be improved, maybe by putting the comment icon on the right side of Need help?. Note: this icon only appears when Premium is activated.

• Upon clicking Need help?, the whole component seems to be not yet mirrored in RTL. For example, the Ask button is still on the left side instead of on the right side

• To improve the UI design of the points mentioned above in Context

• The half star in the rating in the upsell should be mirrored. So that the yellow part is on the right side
• An improved Need help? icon, with the comment icon on the right side of Need help? and mirrored component when Need help? is clicked
