Elementor + Yoast needs dark theme implementation

Please give us a description of what happened.

While accessing Yoast configuration panel in the Elementor editor combined with dark mode, the layout does not reflect the dark mode visually.

Please describe what you expected to happen and why.

There should be a dark mode representation of the Yoast settings, to visually blend with the Elementor editor.

How can we reproduce this behavior?

1. Visit the Elementor Editor
2. Hamburger menu (top left)
3. User Preferences
4. UI Theme > Dark
5. Settings (bottom left)
6. Yoast Panel
