The "sticky" setting doesn't get copied when used classic editor

Please give us a description of what happened

To Reproduce

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Enable classic editor
  2. Create a post, set this to sticky, and publish it
  3. Then try to use the Rewrite and Republish

Expected results

  1. The edit screen should have sticky enabled since the original post had been set to sticky.

Actual results

  1. Sticky checkbox is empty when editing in Rewrite and Republish.
