Missing readability checks in beta analysis when site language is Swedish

What did you expect to happen?

The same readability checks to appear in the default and the beta analysis.

What happened instead?

When the site language is set to Svenska (Swedish) and the beta analysis is enabled, a limited set of readability checks are provided (see screenshots below). The passive voice, transition words and consecutive sentences checks are missing.

How can we reproduce this behavior?

1. Go to Settings > General and set Site Language to Svenska (language in user's profile can be English)
2. Make sure that the beta analysis is disabled under SEO > Settings > Features
3. Create a post or open an existing one
4. Check the readability analysis and note multiple checks are provided (first screenshot above)
5. Turn on beta analysis under under SEO > Settings > Features
6. Note a limited set of checks are shown (second screenshot above)
