Adding French Quotation Marks /Guillemet » symbol extended the highlight tool to other sentences making it incorrect

How can we reproduce this behavior?

1.Add a bunch of text 2.See highlight tool highlight correct sentences

3.Add French Quotation Marks /Guillemet » symbol see additional sentences are incorrectly highlighted.
