UI/UX: Toggling fullscreen in a game can cause GameMaker's menubar to become hidden
Description
When toggling to full screen in my project the IDE menu is hidden and clicks in the IDE are off. I no longer can select text in the editor or click a folder/asset in the Asset Browser, as the click is off by several pixels (probably the height of the menu).
Changing the maximize of the IDE window brings the menu back and the offset is removed also
Steps To Reproduce
Toggle fullscreen in a project with window_set_fullscreen(). If you can't reproduce the error: I toggle within an user event, maybe that's the reason.

I have the same problem but it's not a problem at the same time for me it's very low chance to happen, in game when I set the game window fullscreen true or false even for borderless like I said really low chance to make the IDE window to look like this image I just captured a very small part
and after I just drag the IDE window it return to normal
UPDATE: I can't reproduce it in Beta IDE v2024.1100.0.626 Runtime v2024.1100.0.652 That mean it has been fixed or for me only.
Yep, this should be fixed in 2024.1100 Betas, thank you for already checking this!
