Docker "hello" repeat log

I have tried running all the docker tags and they are all giving me the same behavior when I view the logs all I get is the word "hello" over and over again spaced out by a couple seconds each one on its own line.

I'm not using a custom command or custom entry point all I have done is specify the image and mount in the config and the config is just a simple telegram config with nothing else no TLS no nothing.

I have searched through the source code on GitHub and don't even see how it's possible for it to just be printing out hello.
