AMT Connection Error After Changing TLS Settings
I encountered an issue after connecting to my PC through AMT using MeshCommander. While navigating the security options, I clicked on the TLS option. Then, under the HP Wi-Fi section, I entered two random names (likely by mistake). After doing this, the connection stopped working, and I now receive the following error: Not Digestive Realm.
This issue occurred after the above-mentioned steps, and I am unable to reconnect to the PC through MeshCentral. I suspect the changes I made to the TLS or Wi-Fi configuration caused the issue, but I'm unsure how to resolve it.
Steps to Reproduce:
-
Connect to a PC using AMT via MeshCommander.
-
Go to the security options.
-
Click on the TLS option.
-
In the HP Wi-Fi section, enter two random names.
-
Attempt to reconnect to the PC.
Expected Behavior: The connection should remain functional after making changes in the TLS settings.
Actual Behavior: The connection fails with the error message: Not Digestive Realm
AMT Firmware Version: [Please provide the firmware version of the AMT device]
Operating System: windows 10
Additional Notes: Any guidance on how to reset or troubleshoot the connection would be greatly appreciated. If this is a configuration issue, details on how to restore or reset the settings to default would be helpful.
ive moved ur issue to the correct repo 👍
are you running meshcommander remotely OR on the same machine?
if its on a different machine, then try running it on the same machine ur having issues with
then using localhost or 127.0.0.1 for the pc name and see if you can login to fix your issue
Hey Simon , thanks for your fast response . I fixed the issue but still won't let me connect in TLS mode , I don't know why , maybe a certificate issue
have you tried remove realm on the right hand side when you click the device?
also how did u fix your issue if you still cant connect with tls?
I can connect , but without TLS won't connect with TLS
I can connect , but without TLS won't connect with TLS
In this case u night need to factory reset amt by going into bios, logging in then unprovisioning it, Maybe even removing coin battery for 10mins+power plug too
