Remote users on Desktop privacy toolbar
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
- When 2 or more Remote users are connected to a computer, Only the first User displays on the privacy toolbar
- When a remote user is already connected to the device, the next remote user who will connect to the same device is not requiring to display a consent message to accept it
Describe the solution you'd like
- if 2 or more is connected to the device, it should be Agent Connected : user1, user2, user3
- Users that are set to require user consent before connections should still pop up consent message even if their is already someone connected
i think this is a mix of bug and feature request
-
bug because you have consent enabled so it should ask for consent doesnt matter how many staff, consent is consent!
-
yes i dont think it currently adds names to the top bar only the first user that connected, so maybe we should add the others too altho this might be tricky for people who CUSTOMISE the consent message???

one more thing i've noticed earlier, when the 2nd remote user connects to the same computer, and then the first remote user disconnects privacy bar disappeared even if there are someone still on remote connection. and when user or someone reconnects no more privacy bar pops up and also no more user consent
