Add new language to MeshCentral (Lithuanian)

Hello @Ylianst Could you add new language to MeshCentral Translator Tool, Lithuanian. When i've done with the translation, I will email you the translate.json file. Thank you and I really appreciate this great tool.

download the language file, translated it: use your country code and than make an Pull Request.

@adnan29979 just tagging you in here, so you know.

just had a quick look and it seems the web panel already has the languages listed Lithuanian and Bengali as lt and bn the languages are indeed just missing from the ResourceTranslator and the translator.htm!

if you are BRAVE the line with all the languages are here, https://github.com/Ylianst/MeshCentral/blob/master/views/default.handlebars#L12772 (loclist and loclistex) so you can then check what is missing in the translator.htm and add them and submit a PR!
