Add the possibility to invert screens potision

Open andreapx opened this issue 2 years ago • 5 comments

In our offices we all use dual screen but when connecting, someone clicking on the left screen gets the left one and clicking on the right views the right one, but some have the screens inverted (because they were inverted in Windows). It would be useful to be able to invert the screen (the 2 buttons in the bottom right corner) separately for each single device.

Hello I hope this improvement will come because I have 3 screens on a PC,

and I don't know why, when I click on

  • display 1, screen 3 appears
  • display 2, I get screen 1
  • display 3, screen 2 appears

On all displays, they appear in the right order. The default screen is 3. Is there any way to correct the problem?

@gregland76 sadly the way windows passes the screens to the meshagent is based on x and y positioning. And windows just paints the screen as one big canvas based on the way its layed out in windows! So I don't no if its going to be possible. But we will keep this open and look into it when we find a new developer

THanks @si458 for your quick reply What worries me more is that the order screen display on bottom icons don't match the order of remote screen.

@gregland76 the is another issue open about this (will edit when I find it) But it's because it's numbered 1,2,3,etc but Windows will give us the screens as explained as 1 big flat image, so how do we know which is which? Hence we just order them 1,2,e,etc
