server rights for user groups and specific account functions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no possibility to turn on/off specific account control functions at "My account". For example, to turn off reset password and/or change email. It makes sense when Meshcentral is configured to use LDAP as auth backend. Also it makes sense to make the possibility to configure default server user rights and user group server rights.

Describe the solution you'd like Open server rights for user or user group and assign specific account control functions, not only to block user account control.
