Build error

Hello everyone, tell me what the problem is, why the project without OpenSSL does not build, the project is clean, just from GitHub. In Reakise mode, everything builds, but I want to get away from the dynamic libcrypto-3-x64.dll next to the exe, but in another mode it does not compile! No changes were made to the project, what is the problem, does anyone know?

ive moved this to the correct repo as it has NOTHING to do with meshcentral but the meshagent itself.

the meshagent must use the static openssl thats included in the repo, you cant just upgrade the openssl to another version from what im aware
