Windows Agent Crashes when multiple users connect to the desktop from the console

Hi,

Server version: 0.3.6-m - Windows x64 Agent version: 0.2.13 x64

When user one connects to the remote machine via the agent, this connects fine, but when a second user connects to this same machine while the other user is still connected the agent crashes.

Expected Behavior can be either:

1. Allow only one agent to connect, and display an error to the second user stating user is connected
2. Allow multiple agents to connect. Event Error.txt

What version of Windows is your client? (The agent is supposed to support multiple simultaneous connections)

Also, is there anything in the crash log?

Hi the version of windows i have seen this on is windows 7 sp1 x64, i will confirm and check if the same occurs on win 10.

Where would i find agent crash logs which may have been generated.

The windows client agent version which is installed is 0.2.13 x64.

I can confirm this works correctly on windows 10 x64 1903, but windows 7 SP1 x64 the agent crashes. There are no agent crash logs generated, except for the ones in the event viewer, which I have attached in the first post.

Just some further information. I have noticed if I run the agent from command line or interactive from the UI, it does not seem to crash, with two users connected to the machine. However when running as a background service, the agent seems to crash.
