@Rijuta-s @seanlip @ConorMack i think this issue is already solved by me in https://github.com/oppia/oppia/pull/18589 that issue is in **low priority** issue and also i solved problems with arabic language navbar...

and also i think we should consider responsiveness till nearly 320 px or 315 px bcs all the mobiles have minimum width nearly 320px
