Overlap between windows of DNA density map

How can I set the overlap between the windows of the DNA density map? Due to different overlays leading to different results, I cannot find the parameters to set this feature! Thank you very much to the author!

However, when drawing SNP density maps, it is reasonable to set a certain length of overlay between each window to reduce boundary effects and smooth the results. thanks.
