Manhattan Plot: Highlighted points not matching those given in vector

Hi! Thanks for this nice package. I'm trying to make some multi-trait manhattan plots (for eQTL results), but have run into issues whilst practicing on single-trait plots. My plot without highlighting looks like expected. However, when I subset my results by p < 1e-45, and then try to highlight only those SNPs, it is incorrect. The incorrect SNPs are being labelled with the correct labels. Any ideas?

Thank you for using CMplot. The scripts you provided seems fine, could you mind sending me the data and the scripts you used? i will debug the issue with it, and give you the feedback as soon as possible.
