Moving from VCF file to `pig60K` data format

I have a VCF file and I would like to convert it to pig60K example data format. I have four conditions which I was to compare the SNPs using Manhattan plot. Could you give me a pointer or a ready to use script for this task?

I suggest to convert VCF file into CSV file by Office, then read it into R by the function 'read.csv()'.

@YinLiLin I have checked online but I cannot see appropriate tool to convert vcf to csv. Could you share the tool you normally use?

Microsoft Office Excel, a very common and basic tool on Windows system.
