Chromosome order in marker density plot

Thanks for this easy to use package ! I would like to know, how chromosome order is set ? As you can see chromosome order in my density plot bellow is not correct and I would like to change the order, is it possible ?

Thank you for using CMplot. You can name the chromosomes of your data into digital values with the desired order, then assign a vector containing the correct names of chromosomes to argument 'chr.lables'.
